This past weekend I continued work on the saddle stool. I
finished the mortise and tenon joinery, I sanded the parts and the glued the beech
wood base together. I need to remove the
bark for the basswood seat, shape and sand the seat. Once all that’s complete I
will glue the seat to the base and apply finish.
